Frequently asked questions

What is a matched enquiry worth?

A completed adult ADHD assessment is typically £300–£1,200 privately, and Right to Choose providers are paid a national tariff per NHS assessment. One converted enquiry usually covers months of the plan.

Who can buy a plan?

Any CQC-registered clinic, consultant psychiatrist, pharmacist prescriber, or pharmacy offering ADHD services in the UK. Verification is part of onboarding — we check registration before your badge goes live.

How does payment work?

Invoice-first: place your order, we email an invoice, and your plan activates when payment clears. No card details on the site. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; annual plans get two months free.

Does paying change our reviews or trust score?

No. Reviews, trust scores and wait-time data are never for sale. Paid plans affect placement and lead delivery only, and featured placement is always visually labelled.
