Frequently asked questions

Who can get a featured listing?

Any CQC-registered clinic, consultant psychiatrist, pharmacist prescriber, or pharmacy offering ADHD services in the UK. You must first claim your listing and have it verified by our team.

How does featured placement work?

Featured providers appear at the very top of the Find a Provider page, city pages, and ICB waiting-time pages. They are visually highlighted with a gold banner and badge. Position within featured providers is ordered by trust score.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

Featured listings are available in flexible periods: 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. There is no long-term contract required.

How do I get started?

Email us at hello@adhdmap.co.uk with your provider name and we'll get back to you within one business day. You'll need to claim your listing first if you haven't already.

Can I cancel early?

Featured listings run for the agreed period. We do not offer refunds for early cancellation but can pause a listing at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
